Abstract

|
A clinical study of the analgesic and anti-inflammatory effect of Indoprofen was carried out in sixty patients suffering from Degenerative arthritis, Rheumatoid arthritis and other disease. Eighty-five percent of patients showed very good result on the analgesic effect and 90.5% of patients showed excellent anti-inflammatory effect after treatment, usually 3 tablets (600 mg) daily for one to four weeks.
Adverse effects were slight and acceptable such as nausea, vomiting and indigestion. Therefore, Indoprofen seems a safe and reliable drug.
